Keerix is operated by Balkot Enterprise Ltd, the controller responsible for personal information collected through this website.

UAE operations are supported by BIZCO FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Information we collect

• Contact and professional details, such as your name, work email and company.
• Information you provide about your cloud environment, approximate spend and the help you need.
• Meeting details when you choose to schedule through Calendly.
• Basic technical and security information generated when the site is accessed, such as IP address, browser information and server logs.

Please do not include confidential credentials, special-category personal data or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

How and why we use it

We use personal information to:

• Respond to enquiries and take steps you request before entering into a contract.
• Arrange calls, assess whether Keerix can help and prepare relevant proposals.
• Operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and prevent spam or abuse.
• Maintain appropriate business, accounting and legal records.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and securing our services. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated automated decision-making.

Who receives information

We share information only where needed with service providers and professional advisers, including:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and contact endpoint.
• Resend, which securely delivers contact-form messages to us.
• Calendly, when you choose to use its external scheduling service.
• Our business email provider, professional advisers and BIZCO FZCO where necessary to handle an enquiry or provide UAE services.

We do not sell personal information.

International transfers

Keerix works across the UK, EU and UAE. Information may therefore be accessed from or processed in the UK, UAE and other countries where our service providers operate. Where data protection law requires it, we rely on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards or another recognised transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

We normally retain enquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant information may be kept for longer to perform the contract and meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and external services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts are hosted locally. Calendly is an external service and applies its own privacy and cookie practices when you follow a booking link.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may contact us at hello@keerix.com to exercise these rights.
